In the second part of the session, the bishops referred to the implementation of the conclusions reached at the 90th plenary session held in Banja Luka on July 16th and 17th.

They listened to the report of their envoy Msgr. Palić from XVI. general regular assembly of the Synod of Bishops held in Rome from October 2nd to 27th, which dealt with the theme: For the synodal Church: communion, participation and mission. The aforementioned session ended the three-year process that began in 2021. In his report, Bishop Palić presented in detail all phases of the session, explaining both the work methodology and the conclusions that were published in the final document. Speaking about personal impressions, he emphasized that the entire Synod can only be properly experienced from the inside, and that what is read in various media articles sometimes does not correspond to reality. "The Synod is a true expression of the beauty of the universality of the Catholic Church", emphasized Msgr. Palić concluding his report with the words: "The Synod has ended, but, in fact, everything is just beginning".

The bishops also referred to the natural disasters that affected northern Herzegovina and central Bosnia and once again expressed their condolences and closeness to all those who lost members of their families and to all those who suffered material damages. In this regard, they talked about the aid sent by the Catholic Church to the affected areas through its charitable organizations and noted that this closeness and support will remain in the future.

Furthermore, they discussed the celebration of the Jubilee – 2025 years since the birth of Jesus Christ, which is celebrated at the level of the General Church. They also agreed on the celebration of a major anniversary in the areas of the Bishops' Conference of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Croatian Bishops' Conference – 1 100 years since the Split church councils during the time of Croatian King Tomislav.

One of the topics of this session was the question of some customs related to funerals. The bishops emphasized that priests and believers must adhere exclusively to church norms and follow the valid decisions of the Bishops' Conference and diocesan bishops.

Regarding the appearance of clerics and other church officials in the media, the bishops considered individual church ordinances that regulate the mentioned issue and initiated the process of creating such a document for the area of the BK of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
