On the first day of the visit, the provincial invoked God’s blessing on the sisters and then talked to each one individually, inspecting the interior of the monastery and the minutes and other books of the community.

The next day, under the presidency of OFM Jozo and in the presence of two scrutators, OFM Ilija Jurić and OFM Nikica Vujica, election for the new management of the monastery was held. For the head nun, sister Hijacinta Batinić was re-elected, her deputy is sister Klara Vujica, and advisor sister Marija Milić.

The community then gathered in the chapel where the hymn We Praise You God was sung, followed by congratulations and obedience.

In the end, sister Hijacinta thanked the Provincial for all he does for their community and promised continued prayerful support to him and to the whole Bosna Srebrena. OFM Jozo told the sisters that they could always count on spiritual or material help.
