A celebration in the church of the Queen of the Holy Rosary was led by the Archbishop of Vrhbosna, Vinko cardinal Puljić, in concelebration with the General Vicar of the Archdiocese, Msgr. Luka Tunjić; canon, msgr. Pavo Jurišić and 15 other priests.

The Mass celebration was attended by a large number of Sisters of KBLJ, as well as the nuns of other congregations of the city of Sarajevo, as well as the theologians, the staff of the Catholic School Center “Sv. Josip” and other believers.

In the introductory part of the Mass celebration, the audience was greeted and welcomed, congratulating the jubilee, by the manager of the boarding school “Sv. Josip”, rev. Ljubo Zelenika.

After the reading of the Gospel, Archbishop Vinko gave a special sermon. He first reminded of the day of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, of which, as he pointed out, there is no evidence in the canonical scriptures, but the apocrypha speaks of it. He also recalled that this feast was also called Our Lady of Health and explained the historical background of this name.

Later he briefly recalled the resume of the founder of the Society, the servant of God sister Franziska Lechner. ”Searching for God's will, took her to the city of Vienna. The Emperor's town where the great gentlemen lived and they needed maids, and often these girls were in the great trial of their dignity. She felt she was supposed to help these people in Vienna. And on October 25th, 1868., she starts living there, and not even a month after that, on November 21st, on today’s day¸150 years ago, she got approval to form the Society she calls the Daughters of God's love. This young society takes for their motto: 'All for God, for the poor and for our Society', which is understandable, because she has come from faith to serve and help those young girls”, said cardinal Vinko.

He reminded that this is a Pope's Law Society with more than 1,000 nuns in Austria, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Albania, Switzerland, Poland, Ukraine, Bolivia, Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Hungary, England, Uganda ... “All of these countries include seven provinces and four deputy provinces. Sisters started the jubilee on this day in 2009, under a special motto 'Loyalty as an expression of love'. That is what I want to put particular emphasis on. We have heard in today's Gospel that Jesus, those who listen to God and do, calls their closest ones (...) It is not always easy to discover the will of God. Romano Guardini, I often say, said 'at times it is easier to do God's will than to discover'", emphasized, among other things, the Archbishop of Vrhbosna.

The Mass celebration was animated by the mixed choir  'Josip Stadler', under the guidance of rev. Marko Stanušić.

Before the final blessing, rev. Zelenika, in his name and on behalf of the Society of KBLJ thanked everyone who made this celebration and called everyone for a meal at the  boarding school's dining room.
