On Sunday, July 5th, the church dedicated to the Slavic apostles St. Cyril and Methodius, which is part of the building of the Vrhbosna Theological Seminary in Sarajevo, solemnly celebrated its patron saint.
The Eucharistic celebration was led by the Archbishop of Vrhbosna, cardinal Vinko Puljić together with the Apostolic Nuncio to BiH Msgr. Luigi Pezzuto, Archbishop Coadjutor of Vrhbosna Archdiocese and Apostolic Administrator of the Military Ordinariate in BiH, Msgr. Tomo Vukšić and the Bishop of Mostar-Duvno and the Apostolic Administrator of Trebinje-Mrkan, Msgr. Ratko Perić. There were 13 priests in the concelebration, including Msgr. Franjo Topić, honorary president of the Croatian Cultural Society Napredak, which took St. Cyril and Methodius for their heavenly protectors and on this date marks its day.
During the Holy Mass, the liturgical singing was assisted and animated by the theologians of the Vrhbosna Theological Seminary led by rev. Marko Stanušić.
