Along with the Vicar General of the Vrhbosna Archdiocese Msgr. Slađan Ćosić, Chancellor venerable Mladen Kalfić, economist venerable Vladimir Pranjić, also three other archdeacons attended: Msgr. Ante Meštrović, Msgr. Pavo Jurišić and Msgr. Bosiljko Rajić and 12 deans, while one was justifiably absent.

After prayer and greeting, the items on the agenda were approached. Among other things, the minutes from the last session were adopted, and the topics of premarital courses of preparation for the conclusion of the sacrament of marriage and the Year of the Word of God at the deanery and parish level were discussed. New minutes of the canonical and dean's visitation and the handover of the parish were discussed. In addition, there was talk about how to make a list of families and believers during the Christmas blessing.

Finally, participants discussed the challenges and difficulties associated with the corona virus pandemic.

The meeting ended with lunch.
