Msgr. Komarica in his homily, reminded of the warning fact that any disobedience to God’s commandments leads to terrible consequences, both for individuals and for nations. “These victims tell us not to forget them, so that we do not sink into darkness of complete oblivion among future generations of our people”, said Bishop Franjo, adding: “Without an objectively established truth, there is no reconciliation between peoples and nations”.
At the end of the Holy Mass, as a sign of gratitude to the bishop, OFM Miljenko presented a special gift.
The liturgical celebration was animated by members of the choir from Knešpolje, led by prof. Marko Salavarda.
