Concelebrating with them were several other priests, among them were: Provincial of Franciscan province Bosna Srebrena OFM Jozo Marinčić; Vicar General Msgr. Slađan Ćosić; Rector of Cathedral Msgr. Ante Meštrović; Cathedral parish priest and Dean of the Sarajevo Deanery venerable Mato Majić; Msgr. prof. Mato Zovkić; Msgr. prof. Franjo Topić and the Cardinal's secretary rev. Štefan Marković.

At the beginning of the Holy Mass, cardinal Puljić said that today we celebrate the greatest mystery of the Christian faith, and congratulated Easter, firstly to  Msgr. Vukšić, and then to all associates and all believers who follow the Holy Mass through the electronic media. “You couldn't come to our cathedral today, that's why we came to you”, added the Archbishop of Vrhbosna, thanking numerous congratulators from public, social and cultural life who congratulated him this year and then through him to all Catholics in our country.

Also, the Cardinal recalled the anniversary of the visit of St. Pope John Paul II. to Sarajevo in 1997., a visit of which a Peace Lamp, he brought on this occasion and in front of which he prayed for peace in BiH, testifies. “And we today”, said cardinal Vinko, “pray in front of it in the cathedral for victory over the coronavirus. And we pray also for St. Pope to help us.”

In addition, he thanked the staff of BHRT and Radio Marija BiH who directly transmitted the Eucharist. Then the Acts of the Apostles were read by sister Zrinka Barišić and rev. Štefan, followed by the Easter sequence to the Holy Sacrifice of the Resurrection recited by Msgr. Meštrović.

The prayer of the believers was said by sister Zrinka Barišić, Cathedral sacristan. The liturgical singing was animated by regens chori rev. Marko Stanušić, together with Dragan Pavlović and Cathedral Mixed Choir Josip Stadler.

At the end of the Holy Mass, cardinal Vinko Puljić shared the blessing with a general forgiveness. The Eucharist in direct broadcast, same as during the Holy Week, was commented by the deacon rev. Vedran Ćosić.
