It was led by the Archbishop of Vrhbosna, cardinal Vinko Puljić, and with the Archbishop Coadjutor Msgr. Tomo Vukšić and the Vicar General of the Vrhbosna Archdiocese (VN) Msgr. Slađan Ćosić was attended by 10 members.

After the prayer and greetings, the floor was taken by the Secretary General of the Synod, Dr. Mario Bernadić. Then Msgr. Ćosić presented the Determination and election of the membership of the Synod. The Vicar General made a proposal of the members for the composition of the Synod on the basis of the Code of Canon Law, the Instruction on Diocesan Synods and the Statute of the First Synod of the VN, and he presented it. The composition of other synod bodies was also discussed: the Presidency; Synod Secretariats; Synodal Committees for Thematic Areas and Voting Implementation Commissions.

Then they discussed the planning of upcoming activities, among other things, the appointment of members to the mentioned bodies and the calendar of the assembly and the dates by which to prepare the final document.

As the Commission brought its work to an end with this session, the Cardinal thanked the members for their cooperation during the nine years of the Synod’s journey of the Vrhbosna Archdiocese.
