The meeting began with the Middle Hour prayer, and was attended by 101 members out of 148 named.

Welcome, on behalf of the President of the Synod of Vrhbosna Archbishop cardinal Vinko Puljić, who was in Rome at the time, was said by the Archbishop Coadjutor Msgr. Tomo Vukšić who also informed the members that the vote on the final document would take place on November 20^th.

The presidency at the second session consisted of: Vicar General of the VN, Msgr. Slađan Ćosić; Secretary General of the Synod, rev. Mario Bernadić and the head of the Synod Commission for the media, rev. Josip Vajdner. The moderators were rev. Šimo Maršić, rev. Mirko Šimić and Mirjana Medić.

The presentation presented parts of the Working Document, from issue 36 to 71. Different types of pastoral care in the archdiocese were discussed with concrete plans for its improvement. There was also talk about: the importance of the parish community, the role of pastoral and economic councils, work with ministrants, singers and lectors, parish Caritas, the pastoral care of marriage. Great attention is paid to young people.

A fruitful discussion followed.
