The program began with a Holy Mass led by OFM Davor Petrović, regional spiritual assistant at the Frama of Bosna Srebrena. After the Holy Mass, the presidents of the local fraternities presented reports on their activities over the past year. The evening ended with adoration before the Blessed One.

On the second day of the assembly, the presentations continued, followed by the presentation of the activities of the regional fraternity by president Tina Tolić, Head of Formation Iva Maros, and OFM Davor.

In the afternoon, the Council election was held with the following elected: President Ana Jurić (Frama Visoko); Vice-President Ana Duno (Frama Kiseljak); formation leader Ivan Pilić (Frama Uskoplje); secretary Kristijana Bavrka (Frama Bučići) and treasurer Petra Vukadinović (Frama Vitez). Then the Holy Mass was celebrated.

On the last day of the assembly, the new council thanked the leadership so far and those present for the election. Seven Frama of BS delegates were then selected and a debate was opened to come up with guidelines for next year's work.
