Devotion was led by the deacon of the Vrhbosna Archdiocese, currently at a practicum in the parish of St. Joseph in Zenica, rev. Domagoj Matijević.

In the morning, the participants gathered in the immediate vicinity of the parish church, from where they walked to the place Lađice. Passing through the village, they made 14 stations in certain places and meditated on the last hours of Jesus.

After arriving at the destination, a Holy Mass was celebrated, led by the parish priest in the religious community of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Crkvica, rev. Anto Dominković. With him in the concelebration were other priests who work pastorally in Zenica, and two deacons served at the altar.

By the way, in the last few years, the believers of all five Zenica parishes have been participating in the devotion to the Way of the Cross on Saturday before Palm Sunday, which is held in another parish every year. So this year the host was the parish priest in Čajdraš, rev. Josip Šimunović.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic and the restrictive measures in force, a smaller number of believers was noticeable than in previous years.
