The visit was preceded by the annual session of the Supervisory Board of the Institute, and along with the rector rev. Marko Đurin and Vice-Rector rev. Marko Škraba, following members also participated: the Vicar General of the Split-Makarska Archdiocese, Msgr. Miroslav Vidović and the priest of the Gospić-Senj diocese, rev. Richard Pavlić.

During the visit, Bishop Petanjak met and had individual interviews with members of the Board, cadet priests, nuns and staff, and toured the property. He also held a joint meeting with everyone who stays at the Institute.

In this academic year, the Institute has 25 priests/students who come from three countries: Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Romania. They study at nine church universities/colleges: Gregoriana: 12; Holy Cross: 3; Pontifical Salesian University: 3; Alfosian Academy: 2, and Antonianum; Papal Athenaeum of St. Anselmo; Pontifical Institute for Church Music; Pontifical Institute John Paul II; Faculty of Canon Law Sv. Pius X. - Venezia are all attended by one student each.

Priests/students came from the arch/dioceses: Đakovo - Osijek (7), Zagreb (6), Vrhbosna (3), Split - Makarska (3), Rijeka (2), Požega (1), Varaždin (1), Sisak (1), Timisoar (1).
