Vows of 11 Franciscans of Bosna Srebrena

On Sunday, October 6th, in the parish of St. George in Vitez, during the Holy Mass, 11 young members of the Franciscan Province of Bosna Srebrena, four of whom are from the parish of Vitez, made solemn (lifelong) religious vows, promising to follow Christ in the model of St. Francis.
The Holy Mass on the outer altar in front of the church was led by OFM Jozo Marinčić, Provincial of Bosna Srebrena, with the concelebration of parish priest OFM Velimir Bavrka and other priests.
In his sermon, the Provincial emphasized prayer as a living example of faith and, by encouraging the celebrants, encouraged those present to pray for one another.
The young Franciscans who made the solemn vows are: OFM Josip Adrić (Tolisa), OFM Josip Jazvić (Gornja Dubica), OFM Antonio Baketarić (Rumboci), OFM Dario Matanović (Tuzla), OFM Antonio Gašić (Sivša), OFM Nikola Matošević (Nova Bila), OFM Mislav Jozić (Rama / Šćit), and from Vitez were OFM Zoran Topalović, OFM Zdenko Frljić, OFM Fabio Badrov and OFM Oliver Livančić.
Socialising was held after the Holy Mass.
