The Eucharist, which was led by parish priest and Guardian OFM Anto Tomas, was attended by about 100 believers from both the Plehan area and his native parish of Potočani.

In a commemorative homily, OFM Anto called on the faithful to pray for their priests, to support them in their responsible ministry, and to pray for their deceased priests who left great traces in acting as spiritual pastors in no easy circumstances.

At the Holy Mass it was prayed for all the deceased priests who were buried at Plehan, especially for the late OFM Ivo Šimić, a native of Novo Selo Balegovci. As the KUD from this place bears a name after him, its members animated the Holy Mass celebration with singing.

After the Holy Mass, OFM Anto prayed at the Franciscan graves in the local cemetery.

A documentary film about OFM Grga Vilić (1945. – 2009.), filmed in 2010., was then shown in the Museum and Gallery space that is under construction.
